Elect William Flannery for Judge

Lawrence County Court of Common Pleas

HONEST IN ACTION. FAIR IN JUSTICE.

A Message from the Candidate...

As a prosecutor since 2006, I have spent nearly two decades fighting for justice, with a focus on prosecuting drug dealers and violent offenders who jeopardize the safety and well-being of our community. In addition to my work as a prosecutor, I have a diverse legal practice that spans business law, real estate law, estate administration, and family law. This broad experience has provided me with a well-rounded understanding of the law, allowing me to make thoughtful and balanced decisions that benefit everyone who comes before the court.

I am running for judge because I believe in the importance of a fair and impartial judiciary—one that upholds the rule of law with integrity, compassion, and the ability to listen carefully.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked hard to approach every case with an open mind and a measured temperament. Whether advocating for victims of violent crime or helping families navigate complex legal matters, I have always maintained a calm and respectful demeanor, ensuring that everyone is heard and treated with dignity.
